1. Services Provided
We offer Umrah and Hajj packages, including E-Visa processing, hotel bookings (5-star hotels like Voco Makkah and Pullman Madinah), luxury transportation, and guided sightseeing.
2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.

To secure your spot, a deposit or full payment is required as per the chosen package (Quad, Triple, or Double).

Prices are subject to change based on airline taxes or currency fluctuations until the final booking is confirmed.
3. Early Bird Discount
We offer special “Early Bird” discounts of up to 30% for pilgrims who book their journey in advance. These discounts are subject to specific promotional periods and availability. Please check our current offers or contact our team to see if you qualify for an early booking discount before the deadline for your chosen travel dates. After the promotional period ends, standard rates will apply.
4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing at info@makkahmadinah.us.

Refund amounts depend on how close the cancellation is to the travel date and the policies of our partner airlines and hotels.

Visa fees and insurance are generally non-refundable once processed.
5. Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide valid passports and necessary documents for E-Visa processing. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
6. Health and Insurance
Medical insurance is included in our packages for your safety. However, travelers are responsible for following all health guidelines required by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the USA.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best experience, Makkah Madinah US is not responsible for delays or changes caused by airlines, weather, or government regulations.
